Probably not but it would be better to assume yes. I don’t have a CCL in part because I don’t want the extra attention. I can carry legally where I live without one, luckily. Safe thing in CA is probably to go unarmed or at a minimum keep a revolver or pistol with 10 or less round mags in the camper while you travel, and bring a lock along.
Beautiful state with lots of fun stuff to do but they are so bad about firearms there it’s not even funny. I think you have to buy ammo through an FFL there now, too.
