In any event, when CA lettuce becomes to expensive people will simply buy lettuce from Az or Mexico; or not buy it at all and eat cottage cheese from WI instead. I stopped drinking coffee when the price spiked a while back. In reality, the people in CA are the ones that will bare the majority of the burden; they got what they apparently want.
