When you start responding to stuff you DON'T care about you have WAY too much time on your hands!!!! Last night I went to Costco and filled up all my garage gas containers in addition to topping off my truck... all for a $3.00 savings.(My wife is still laughing!!:) I don't care. I'm sick of corrupt California politicians misappropriating taxes they've already collected for wasted social programs and then passing things like this in the middle of the night. Our Governor said in 2010 that no new taxes would be added unless it was voter approved. Some are just fed up!!!
