Having stayed at both last year I prefer the one at
Watsonville. It seemed newer and we were offered a tour to pick our site. Which I liked.
It is more off the beaten path and has a lot to do at the campground. If you have kids. We did not have any so we stayed near the rear of the campground. There are some very nice spots that have a concrete pad with BBQ and Swing. The staff members are really nice and helpful.
It is closer to Santa Cruz and its attractions.
