It is not meant to be your dream job. It is for you to get as much money as you can for working a limited time period. There is a regular on these forums that works there (I think this is her second year) and perks include free parking with hookups, a meal (depends on your shift) good pay for overtime, etc. Sounds like a win-win to me. Most will presign on for next year at another location to vary the experience.
