We've done 2 seasons in Coffeyville, Sep/Nov 2009 and Apr/Oct 2013. They give 2 paid 15 minute breaks and a 30 minute un-paid lunch. Bathroom breaks are taken as needed.
It's not a career and we are not there to tell them how to do the job. What we as workampers bring to the table is a good work ethic, a desire to help with the holiday orders, and stuffing our bank accounts with $$.
On my exit interview I told them we wouldn't be back unless they raise the hourly rate...they pay the same as when we worked for them in 2009.
