Hmmm... Not sure what made the original Campfire in a Can "far superior". Always seemed to me to be a way overpriced portable campfire. The Little Red Campfire (and the larger Big Red Campfire) are sufficient quality for the intended use. Personally, I prefer the Camp Chef fire pit
This one, for just $60 but my brother has the Little Red and a friend has a Big Red, and there is nothing wrong with their quality. I just don't think that much of a market existed for the original version at 3X the price.
