Not sure if this is the area to ask but how do y'all start yer campfires. I use alot of newspapers and twigs. Sometimes it takes awhile. Thanks.

You dont saturate it. Just enough to start the small stuff and then use larger wood. Just like charcoal, wax or any fire starter, you dont cook on it until the fire is well established and often it's more coals than wood. Depends on where
