IF the people next to us burning said "campfire" are INCAPACITATED in any way (drunk, stoned or otherwise)..

If the people next to us are sane, responsible folks enjoying a late evening chat session around the ol' campfire

BTW... the last time our neighbor was less than excited about our fire and requested it be "small" and far away from his rig... they sat outside and lit cigs next to our rig...
I really wanted to say something.. but it really wasn't worth it.
