I NEVER said I sat on a reservation for 7 months. I *cancelled* my reservation SEVEN months EARLY.
I originally made reservations VERY early (in mid December 2015) for a campsite in July 2016. My boss needed me to alter our vacation times so early Jan 2016 I cancelled the reservations for a private campground in July 2016.
As I said, I get it if I was holding onto a site for months and months and changed it a month, two months, heck even three months early--but cancelling SEVEN full months prior?
I think its a bit extreme.
