I still stand by my thoughts that cancelling seven months prior probably shouldn't generate a "fee".
We get it but you don't seem to get the fact some don't agree. Apparently you've never tried to run a business that has such a high "I've changed my mind" factor. And the solution is so easy but you seem to be having a hard time grasping it-you don't like the policy don't camp there!
