The park we workamp in the winter has a 30 day prior to arrival cancelation in writing policy. However. Have given refunds due to RV, truck breaking down. Person gets sick. Child gets sick. As long as we can fill the site that the person was going to come in on, they get their refund back as long as it is in writing. Which we tell them to just email to us. This season we had a list a page long of RVers wanting to come in. For next season are already filling up and have a list of people hoping for cancelation so they can come here.
As for last summer wasn't sure if the trip was going to be canceled due to health reasons or if we could go on it only at a later date. Only had one park won't give a refund. A month later all was good to go and the wife called the parks back except the one that won't do the refund and rescheduled.
