CG Hosts should be proactive......better to eliminate a problem before it escalates.

Sounds like the Hosts were unsure of their standing or timid.....needing that 'complainer' to justify involvement...."Sorry but we had a complaint" thereby pushing blame off onto the 'complainer'.
