The host has no way of knowing if those kids were th OPs grandkids or exactly how many sites in the area are occupied by family members. It would be a terrible thing to come down on a family reunion, where EVERYONE was just glad to see each other. As posted earlier, it isn't a problem to the host unless someone complains. No laws were broken.
