Hosts are there to help you. Observe. And call a Ranger (or office) when required, including when you complain. NEVER CONFRONT. NEVER "STEP IN" ANYTHING.
They also cannot be on watch 24/7 at and know what is happening at every site. While they do rounds, they still wont confront people misbehaving as Rangers obviously will.
