So many variables...
I've stayed at $25 a night campgrounds, and I've stayed at a $120 a night campground. The $25 campground was literally an overnight stay off of Rt 95. The $120 campground was in Florida in February, had paver block driveway and had a dock on the canal behind my site.
We stay at a lakefront campground that is around $80/night (water and electric only) on holiday weeks, but is literally 20 feet from the waters edge and gorgeous. We stay at state parks that are closer to $30/night for water and electric.
It all depends upon WHERE we are and what we get. I'm willing to pay $80 to stay at the lake, but I wouldn't pay $80 at the wooded state park.
