What standards do you go by in deciding whether or not a camp site is a good value, overpriced or "I won't pay it"? Our opinion- We will consider the degree of hook-ups (water, elec.,sewer, cable TV o...

CAmpground price is far less important than location. If I am in a touristy location I expect to pay top dollar. $75.00-120.00 campsites are becoming more common place. Usually these higher priced sites are in higher priced location.
Yes you can find bargain priced sites but they are generally in the middle of nowhere.
I'm more interested in having a site at the location I want. THe actual cost of the site is less important than being where I want.
While I enjoy the lower cost of state parks, They must meet my destination /location requirements to be beneficial.
I do not choose to be on the outskirts of town or farther away from the attraction just to save a buck.
In the grand scheme of things CG fees are not the deciding factor as to what CG I choose.
