PA State Parks fold up a piece of paper that has your full name, address, incoming and departure date, maybe even your phone number.

I said to DW one time that some day two campers are going to get into a fight and some nut will follow someone home using that paper. Only THEN will the parks change it :(

IMHO, it is not a good practice. Name and dates are plenty of info for the card.
