2014 Wrangler, automatic transmission, 4WD - the owners manual states:
"Caution" "DO NOT dolly tow any 4WD vehicle. Internal damage to the transmission or transfer case will occur when a dolly is used when recreational towing."
Jeep defines "Recreational Towing" as "Recreational Towing BEHIND MOTORHOME, ETC".
The caps are like that in the manual.
It goes on to say that for Flat Tow: "not wheels off the ground"
Transmission is in Park for automatic, for Manual transmission it must be in gear
Transfer case is in Neutral
Tow in a forward direction only
