What type of fasteners are used in your MH? You may not have wood issues, but you will have galvanic or corrosive issues. My guess is that none of the RV mfg. spend the money to properly address aluminum usage. Google aluminum aircraft frames issues and read to your heart's content. Your MH most likely will not rot, but don't be surprised if your kitchen cabinets shake themselves loose. I also owned two aluminum boats, so I'm quite versed on sacrificial anodes and galvanic control.
At least my Winnebago kitchen cabinets will be attached to some kind of metal for several years instead of wood for a few years. I can't count high enough to number the times in my life that I've had to repair and/or kluge-up screw attachments everywhere in wood that have loosened or stripped over time. I built a lot of our house myself and am just finishing a cottage in the back yard that is built with wood (unfortinately - wish it was steel) that is screwed together - that's right - screwed together including the studs and joints ... so I'm very familiar with what can be done with wood to try and make it stay solid! I'll take metal (stainless steel, aluminum, brass, magnesium, etc.) ANY DAY over wood ... other than for the decking on boats that you just plain want to look fancy.
I've had the same aluminum boat for 25 years and nary a rivet has failed ... of course neither the boat or our motorhome has, or every will be, used in salt water. ;)
