I have 1999 F-150, great shape. V-6 4.2L Long bed, heavy duty tow package and hitch. Can I pull a 2013 Winnebago One 29L Dry weight 6580 ?

Don't do it. That's too much trailer for that truck when it was new. Now your truck is 17 years old. You'll kill it.
