Can fridge run on propane while you are towing 1500 miles?

We leave ours on all the time. The only time we had a problem was when we tried to take our 5er through the mountains. It scuffed the paint. We found it easier to go over or around the mountains.

However, at least once a month I open up the back of the fridge give it a good going over with a vacuum cleaner and clean out any and all dust, dirt, cob webs and any critters that may have gotten in.
