Can fridge run on propane while you are towing 1500 miles?

Is it OK to leave the Propane fridge on while towing at high speeds on flat land and throgh moutains? We have had a 2 previous TTs over the past 6 years and upgraded to a Fiver last year (will never ...

Over the years and with different rv's, I've towed and driven thousands of miles with the fridge running on propane. The fridges are made to to that and it is one of the convenience advantages of traveling with an rv.
