Can fridge run on propane while you are towing 1500 miles?

Is it OK to leave the Propane fridge on while towing at high speeds on flat land and throgh moutains? We have had a 2 previous TTs over the past 6 years and upgraded to a Fiver last year (will never ...

They are designed to stay on. I have towed all over the US and never had a problem. I turn mine on to automatic when loading for a trip and turn it off when I get back home. In between I let it do its thing whether it be a weekend or a couple of months.
