Travelling with the fridge on is normal for most folks. Things to watch for might be:
- the pilot light on our fridge can occasionally blow out when towing in windy weather so we are now in the habit of checking to make sure the fridge is still on when we stop to use the facilities or have lunch.
- if your pilot light has been set up at sea-level you may have some challenges with it staying on at higher elevations.
- its advisable to turn your fridge off when refuelling.
