It is a good idea to shop around. A FW with a dry wt of 8,000 will work for you. A typical FW will have a 20% pin wt. The HR you are looking at, has a 24% pin, which is on the high side.
Your truck should handle a FW, with a loaded wt of 10,000#s, which would be about a 2,000# pin wt.
The HR height appears to be 12' 3", so would be a mid height FW. A taller, but lighter FW, may cause the 5.4 to struggle just as much.
