Okay our last trip to boon-dock. Could this weekend have gotten any worse? On the way up the mountain we stop for breakfast...it didn't settle. We get to the last Giant station to fill up with gas...

We were ranch sitting a 10,000 acre ranch in Oregon and when we pulled in we were directed to this spot. The rancher didn't know there was a septic tank there. Luckily, on a ranch there is a tool for everything and a crew that can fix anything. :)
The volunteer gig was awesome after the first two days!
Many years ago I drove a propane delivery truck. I backed up to a tank at an old adobe residence and promptly dropped the truck into an old 'cess pool' which was a precursor to a septic tank. It was just covered with rotting boards and some dirt. It took a crane & a tow truck to get that 2500 gal truck out.
