OP, I don't know about Florida, but where I am things have been changing dramatically every single day.
In your shoes I would not assume that I would be able to get gas for the RV along the way, or propane, or canned veggies to stock the boat with. Certainly you are not going to be able to get any toilet paper ;).
What if you get a flat tire? Or something more serious happens to the RV on the road? what if there's no shop open within 300 miles?
I think you should do what the CDC says, and stay put.
