Can You Pass Through States with Stay at Home Orders?

As far as toll booths go you should be fine, most are unmaned now and they will bill by plate or electrinicly if you happen to have a ez-pass or whatever device they use, I know that is the way in Pa & De right now. The bridges for NJ are pay on the way out, not sure what NJ & NY are doing
