I have no knowledge about other areas closing their areas to the traveling public BUT last Tuesday here in my county the officials closed our county to all outsiders from entering OR passing through. They have check points set up on all the highways leading into the county.
Seeing as how there are thousands of counties, cities, towns, etc. it may be possible that others have restricted their areas to all public travel from outsiders also. This would be the only concern I would have at the present if using due diligence to follow CDCs recommendations to avoid contact with other people and protect oneself from possible contamination by using hand protection, refusing to touch face and wash hands before and after touching surfaces to prevent spreading any virus and wearing a mast if coughing or sneezing.
Trucks stops and gas stations are necessary businesses and I would not be concerned about finding fuel. I always work of the top half of a tank so that allows plenty room to find fuel. If your boat is your home and you were not able to drive there what would be the prospect of hiring someone from Florida to deliver you by water in their boat?
