Hard to explain but anything larger than a car is prohibited by ordinance. It's a very urban area. I've got away with it here and there but they weren't happy about it. And we need to leave it for the summer.

So storing it elsewhere or just taking the pickup are the only actual options. If all goes back to semi-normal, they'll be very upset I left it there.

I live near NYC. There are currently about 15000 known cases and 150 deaths. Those numbers are expected to double every 3 days and in fact it appears that the rate is increasing. Experts are predicting a quarter million cases in NYC within 2 weeks with 2500 deaths and 25,000 requiring hospitalization. Three days after that the number of cases will again double and those requiring hospitalization will exceed the total number of hospital beds in NY State.

When we arrived, one window at the office (a stand alone building) was open. They took our names and told us to wait in our vehicle until we got a text. Took us straight into a checkup room. We were not allowed to be in the hallway when another patient was there. Diabetes tests, urine samples, blood work, we were escorted from one to the next.

Very strange. And they only see 'wellness' checks in the morning. Anyone with any problems is seen in the afternoon, and more isolation.

So far they have seen no COVID-19 cases. Three patients asked to be checked for the virus, and were referred to Dallas County Health Department.

Saturday, we visited daughter and her family after winter in the RGV. Three of her four children, one boyfriend and her husband. Eight in all. It is almost #2 grandson's 18th birthday, a small party.

Today after Dr, we stopped by for 10-15 minutes to drop off something we picked up in Mexico for her, but forgot to bring Saturday.

About two hours later, she sent us a text. She worked in a large building last week. Work from home started yesterday.

She has been informed that someone on her floor in the building has tested positive for COVID-19. She, and everyone she has been in contact with since the middle of last week needs to go into 14-days self-quarantine.

Most concerned about her almost 24 year old daughter who is 5 months pregnant with my first great granddaughter. So far this has been rougher on pregnant women than any group, even us old farts.

On the OP and the original topic. I've seen nothing about stopping truckers traveling normal routes and such in states with lock down orders.

But I would say an internet forum is one of the worst places to try to get accurate policy information. (Facebook is worse).

Policies are changing daily, hourly in some cases.

In about two weeks, there will be some clarity to the situation. Unless you have to move right now, try to stay put.

If you have to go now, call the state police and ask them what is the rule in their state for through travelers.

Interstates are full of autos , trucks and RVs . A stay at home order means what it sez , if you are home stay there . I doubt if any at all has been pulled off a highway , handcuffed and thrown in jail . They are trying to empty jails .

Things can change very fast, having said that we left Florida this past Thursday for the Canadian Maritimes, arrived Sunday, staying in three hotels, Lumberton,NC, Hazleton, PA and Bangor, Maine, total of 2100 miles, 13 states and one province in Canada.

No problem with Motels, we reserved ahead, each had a restaurant either on the property or next to it. The restaurants were all closed for sit in, but they had carry outs.

No problem with fuel, some even had gloves at the tanks.
Now we are in self quarantine for 14 days at the request of our province.

Traffic was busy, not overwhelming and few if any police we noticed, and everyone seemed to be driving fast like in places 75 to 80 mph.
So unless things change your travel should be ok based on ours through 13 states and one province.

I wouldnt travel anywhere unless absolutely needed.that said

If Your RV is your home you wont be breaking any laws imo,worst they can order you stay in your home RV for 14 days if tested positive.

Ive heard trucker on radio saying many truck stop restaurants are closed so you should have enough food w you.

Also US Canada border is closed to non esential travel

Virus from infected people is spread mostly thru air coughin sneezing up to 3 meters distance
Simply wearing protective face mask like doctors do would PREVENT many infections
