Canadians - medical coverage while travelling in the US

Woke up the other day and discovered I'm now in my 60s. Not sure where all the time went, but it is what it is... :( We've been using Pacific Blue Cross for medical coverage and we've had to pay ...

Well, move to Canada and open a (decently run) RV park? Medicare in Saskatchewan doesn't cost a dime.
