We got the LL Bean Screen House with optional fly and floor last year and love it. Sorry can't seem to create the link.
DH is disabled so I put it up and take it down ptetty much by myself (5'4 and 125 lbs and not handy) in about 20 minutes up and down. Very easy. Folds small and handles wind and rain so far when staked.
A little spendy compared to EZ Up but looks and acts so far like it'll last for years.
There is a video of a guy putting it up in minutes on the website and lots of good reviews. Did a lot of research before buying and are very happy with it.
