Can't stand spiders

Haven't posted in a while, hope this isn't a silly question. Our travel trailer hasn't been used since our return from Fl. In March. When I go into the TT I feel like I have gotten into a web, even though don't see them.

My question, would it be a good idea to use a bug bomb to make sure we don't have a spider problem since we have plans to travel as the weather is cooling somewhat. I know if I do this process no food left in but what else do I need to know.

My DH thinks this isn't necessary but I don't want spiders crawling in bed with me at night.
  • All I have ever used say you should remove all terry cloth as well.

was reminded of this sign I read the other day.

Spider Web - a thing someone walk though and becomes an instant Kung Fu master!

According to my exterminator several years ago, but best way to get rid of spiders is regular use of a web brush to remove webs. According to him, rebuilding webs is a severe stress thing, and they will either die or leave. It has worked pretty well for us.

Not so sure on this. At our old house, we noticed s spider built an intricate web each night. Each morning, the web was completely gone, and each night the spider spun a new web. This went on for an entire summer.

We occasionally use bug bombs at home (Raid and another brand with a green label that I can't remember) and they do kill spiders. Just look on the label. The right type will reach into crevices, etc. This will also kill any unhatched critters.

To make that statement correct , make sure EVERYTHING is pulled out , opened up ,mattress pulled away from wall if a corner bed. Cushions lifted up from dinette table and or couch cushions.

And finally yes and no on killing unhatched critters !
Fleas eggs can lay dormant longer than 6 months , a black widow egg sac can be put on a pool of gas and it will not penetrate it.
Most pesticides today only last so long.

Gone are the days of DDT, Demon TC and others that,,, well worked too good !

    X2
X3. Bug bomb on spiders? You can just use a vacuum to get the webs and spiders. and then figure out how they got in. Are you storing with the slides open?
