OK I'm confused, are you looking for:
OPTION 1 someone to be on site from April to November and ONLY do the duties while you are away -
or
Option 2 are you looking for someone to be "available" and come to your site the 2 - 4 weeks during your trips and not remain on site?
If it is option 1 - there is no way I would consider having to move my rig every week and pay the cost for water and dumping.
If it is option 2 - again - moving my trailer on and off site and FINDING other accommodations in between - is not something that DH or I would entertain.
Just my 2 cents - but maybe something you may want to consider is as suggested - arranging for water and honey sucker to come in and perform services - at your expense. Also - will "other people" be on your property when you are not there? Contractor, other rv'ers?
