I know folks were trying to be helpful but we can't help that the water and septic situations are the way they are. People come here to vacation: Vancouver, B. C. and Vancouver Island, San Juan Islands, Cascade Mountain Range, Olympic Peninsula, etc. for hiking, shopping, kayaking, skiing, mountain biking, sailing, etc. There is a home for sale in the gated community across the road that is listed for $1.2 million. Location, location, location. Ours is nowhere worth that (poor white trash side of the road, we joke) but people will pay that kind of money to live here. We have some neighbor kids who wouldn't mind making a few bucks. Thanks for your interest.
