I'd probably check a metal fab shop to see if they can do something similar to what Sportsmobile does.
Sportsmobile can offer a continental spare tire and a storage box (mainly for a Honda eu2000i generator), both attached to the hitch receiver. Maybe something similar can be done for the TT?
