One blowout and you will forget anything "cheap". It will cost a lot more in damage repair than the difference in tire costs. After years of RV'ing and a few tire problems I found that if you get quality tires AND upgrade the load level (I currently run G rated tires for my 5th wheel) you shouldn't have any tire problems. Better to put your money into quality tires than a sidewall repair and towing.
