I had Carlsile tires on my 31 foot Springdale to replace the original Duro tires on the camper. The Duro lasted 5 years, but started showing signs of dry rot, so replaced them before any serious issues came up. So the tire store we went to put on Carlsile. They were on the camper for 3 years .. almost 4, and never had any problems. We traded the Springdale about 2 months ago for our current trailer. The dealer examined the tires, as did their mechanics, and saw nothing wrong with them. I never had a flat, nor a blow out, or even pressure loss over the winter (especially this last winter, I remember that clearly, the pressure was right at 50 pounds, same as when it got parked in the fall).
So in my opinion, I think they are a pretty good tire. No flat, no blow outs, no rubber loss, very little wear, holding good pressure .... 3 years running ... could anything be any better? What more would one want, except maybe 5 years?
I don't care where they were manufactured, I thought they were a pretty good tire.
