This one is going to be hard to top! I have a serious problem with my HWH air leveling system and called them about 10 AMyesterday. I was told to leave my name and number and a tech would call me back...

Sorry for what happened to you, but what GoodSam did was the correct thing. It would be like blaming AT&T for waking you up when your phone rings at 7am.
