Comcast Cable Company.
3 Weeks ago some of my channels did not work but others did. Called Comcast and did the push button if this is happening thing... did not fix the problem. Transfered to an operator.... wait 5 minutes then told that all operators were busy to leave a name and number they would call back. About 20 minutes I get a call back, talking to the lady she says "OH you are in Florida I am in GA, I cannot help you" and hung up. I called back left name and number again. About an hour later got call. They could not fix over the phone, sent a repair person that knew nothing, was nasty and at 5pm, says "I am off the clock now I am leaving" and walks out leaviing a mess on the living room floor. Called back Comcast and requested a manager.... 4 days later called back again and requested the manager's manager as the first one never called back. Finally talked to a manager and they sent another guy out that fixed the problem.
Last night the local channels did not work but all others did. Called Comcast a total of 6 time over 2 hours and each time the system after going through all the push this button thing again... a recording comes on and says "We have heavy call volumn at this time and cannot take your call, we are open 24/7 so please call back"...then hangs up. Finally the system kicked in and the cable worked. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE in the world.
