This one is going to be hard to top! I have a serious problem with my HWH air leveling system and called them about 10 AMyesterday. I was told to leave my name and number and a tech would call me back...

My total repair bill was 60% less then the local dealer quoted me and HWH fabricated and installed a beefed up custom mounting bracket for the front jacks and replaced the hydraulic fluid without any additional charges. Their Customer Service has always been top notch IMO...
Sorry to hear your having problems with them.
Yup, had the same service from HWH but we were too late for the lunch. But they rebuilt the left rear jack so we were out of there in several hours.
