Cast your vote for the WORST customer service
This one is going to be hard to top! I have a serious problem with my HWH air leveling system and called them about 10 AMyesterday. I was told to leave my name and number and a tech would call me back...

Not customer friendly, I agree, but not unreasonable.
It's like asking Chevy to do warranty work on a Ford.

This was never about warranty work. One was tire seperation damage, and the other was a slide adjustment. I've never seen a sign that states they only work on certain bands of RV's. I thought Camping World was a service and repair center for any RV.
