Rand Macnally GPS I have been waiting for a call back from them since last January, I do not think by now they will ever call back. Follow up e-mails did no good either. I spent 400 dollars for a useless piece of crap. The saddest part is my kids gave me part of the money as a christmas present......I knew more about the workings of the gps than the customer service person which I think was in Bombay or Pakastan......
