If it was a dispute between you and a merchant you actually give your card or card information to for a product or service, the credit card company may have determined that the merchant was correct and you are SOL.
Capital One Credit card. They do not stand behind you on disputed fraudulent charges. I get tired of listening to someone in Pakistan trying to sound American when calling customer service.
