This one is going to be hard to top! I have a serious problem with my HWH air leveling system and called them about 10 AMyesterday. I was told to leave my name and number and a tech would call me back...

My call back was over a week later! I did not wait that long and called back the next day. If I want to buy something or just need a tech sent to the house they are fine. ANYTHING ELSE, and forget it.
I've had a verizon CS rep hang up on me. She was telling me that it was impossible to do what I wanted. After she hung up I called back and the next rep said no problem. I got the name of the first reps supervisor and complained, not that I think it did any good...
