AT&T and Sirius. Both mentioned many times before in this thread. I cancelled both accounts and went in another direction.
But none of them come anywhere close to the Veterans Affairs national phone line. Have called -and called- and called- and called, can NEVER get through to a real person. Best I've done is a 20+ minute wait estimate on my first call, should have taken that. All other times it's run though the menus and then get told they are too busy, and make an automated appointment for a callback in about a week. I've learned to call the local VA outpatient center on the unpublished NON-800 number, those people there are great.
The best way to get through to a live person is pretend that you have a rotary dial phone and to not use their push button "menu options"
This tactic works with about 95% of companies and government offices!
