This one is going to be hard to top! I have a serious problem with my HWH air leveling system and called them about 10 AMyesterday. I was told to leave my name and number and a tech would call me back...

Why do you want me to pick just one? I don't count on service anymore when I have to call someone in India. I've spent hours and days with companies like Charter and so on. Once you get an American, or if, problems are usually resolved though.
I let wife deal with them these days. She has patience and deals with the push 1 pus 2 and so on. particularily like her talking with them just like they talk to us. It drives them nuts.
