This one is going to be hard to top! I have a serious problem with my HWH air leveling system and called them about 10 AMyesterday. I was told to leave my name and number and a tech would call me back...

Last year I was having trouble with a United Air reservation talked to a fella in Indea that helped and gave me information that I was not aware of. Had to call back for a friend having the same issue. Got a REP in the USA, yes really in the USA. Could not get him to do what the guy in India did for me.... after 45 minutes of not getting satisfaction... I said connect me to India will you? He did and the India rep took care of the problem.... Just saying it happens, but not often.
However, I do wish that India guy with the computer repair company that keeps calling and telling me he has noticed a problem with my computer would just fix it and stop calling once a week to sell me a service contract.
