RV Canada Ottawa service is horrible. Paid to have the ends replaced on our hybrid. The first tent ends were installed wrong. Second tent ends we had to wait 4 months for the bars. The bars do not even match. Now have to wait for the bed stoppers. The privacy curtains and other parts have also gone missing while the trailer was there. They are not replacing the parts they lost. While we were there waiting for the trailer a man came in, he had just picked up his NEW Motorhome, the door handle was broken. They told him they would have to get approval before fixing it and it would take awhile. Another guy has been waiting two years for his part. Get the money and run place.
